Terms of Service

outclip.lol (“outclip”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Swayam Mozar, registered at 1805, Bhoomi Flora, Raheja Estate, Borivali East, Mumbai 400066, India. Reach us at outclipcontact@gmail.com or through the contact page.

outclip is a public leaderboard. Paying places a listing at a rank determined solely by the amount paid. Holding one of the top three ranks additionally puts your listing into the clipping queue: we cut short-form video from footage you already publish and post it on the clipping pages we operate.

The rules page sets out how ranking, the boards and the clip tiers work. It forms part of these terms. Where the two conflict, these terms govern.

• You must be 18 or older.
• If you claim a rank for a company, client or channel that is not yours, you confirm you are authorised to bind them and to grant the licence in section 6.
• You may not use the service where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

• New listings start at $1 and are whole US dollars up to $999,999.
• A rank is claimed only when payment completes. Starting checkout, abandoning it, or a payment that fails claims nothing.
• Ranks are not reserved, held or queued. If someone pays more while you are at checkout, their rank stands and yours lands wherever your amount reaches.
• Query strings are stripped from listing links, and link-shortener URLs are replaced by their destination. The link that goes live is the cleaned one.

• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Your contract for the payment itself is with them, and their terms apply to that transaction.
• Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank may add a conversion fee or charge a different amount in your local currency — that is between you and your bank.
• Any sales tax, VAT or GST due is handled by the merchant of record and may be added at checkout.
• Payments are final. The refund policy sets out the narrow cases where we do refund.
• We never see or store your card details.

This is the part that matters most, so it is written plainly. By claiming a rank you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• excerpt, edit, caption, subtitle, reformat and otherwise adapt video, audio and images you have already published publicly at the URL or handle you listed;
• publish those clips on the clipping pages and accounts we operate, and allow the platforms hosting them to distribute them as their own terms require;
• use your name, handle, logo and listing text to identify you on the board, in the clips and in the captions alongside them.

You keep everything else. You retain ownership of your underlying footage and all rights not granted above. We claim no ownership of your work, take no cut of your revenue, and ask for no exclusivity.

• The licence covers only material you had already made public. We do not ask for, and will not use, unreleased or private footage.
• The licence runs for as long as you hold a top-three rank, and continues afterwards only so that clips already posted may stay up.
• You may ask us to take down any specific clip at any time, for any reason, and we will. That is in section 12.
• You may reuse, repost and monetise any clip we make of you, including after you leave the board.

By claiming a rank you confirm that:

• you own or have the rights to the content at the URL or handle you listed, including any music, footage, likeness or trademark in it, and granting the licence in section 6 breaks no agreement you have with anyone else;
• the listing is not a chat or invite link (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal and the like), not sexual or adult content, and not an affiliate, referral or tracking URL;
• the listing is not unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or promoting a scam, and does not infringe anyone's rights;
• any company details you are required to display are accurate.

If a listing turns out to break these promises we may remove it immediately and without a refund.

• No results are guaranteed. We do not promise views, watch time, followers, clicks, signups, sales or any other outcome. What we commit to is that the clips for each tier get made and posted while you hold the rank.
• We do not control TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or any other platform. They may remove a clip, limit its reach, or restrict an account for reasons entirely outside our hands. That is not a failure to deliver and is not refundable.
• We do not promise the site is always available, or that any particular rank stays reachable at any particular price.
• Click counts and view counts shown on the site are our own best measurement, not audited figures.

We decide which moments to clip and how to cut them. We will not caption your clips in a way that misrepresents you, and we will fix or remove a clip you tell us misrepresents you — but which seconds of your footage travel best is our call, not a deliverable you specify.

We may also decline or remove any listing, recategorise it, or refuse a claim, including where clipping it would put our accounts at risk under a platform’s rules.

The site, its design, text and the board itself belong to us. The clips we produce are derivative works of your footage: we own the edit we made, you own what it was made from, and section 6 gives each of us what we need to use it. Do not scrape, copy or republish the board itself without permission.

• Do not use payments on this site to launder money, test stolen cards, or disguise the source of funds.
• Do not attempt to manipulate the board other than by paying for rank — no automated claiming, scraping, or interfering with other listings.
• Do not misrepresent who you are or who you are claiming on behalf of.

If a clip uses your work without permission, or you simply want a clip of your own taken down, email outclipcontact@gmail.com with the link to the clip and what the problem is. We remove clips on request from the person whose footage it is, and we act on credible infringement complaints from rights holders.

Repeatedly listing content you have no rights to will get you removed from the board without a refund.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that: we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, reputational harm, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

The service is provided as it is. We exclude all warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms, to the extent the law allows.

If someone brings a claim against us because of what you listed — because you did not have the rights to it, or it broke the law, or it infringed someone — you will cover the cost of dealing with that claim, including reasonable legal fees.

We may suspend or remove a listing that breaks these terms or the rules. Where the breach was not your fault and no clips have run, we will usually refund — see the refund policy. Where it was, we will not.

We may change these terms. The “last updated” date at the top moves when we do. Changes are not retroactive: a rank you already paid for is governed by the terms as they stood when you paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights your local law gives you that cannot be contracted out of.
