Privacy Policy

Your listing — public. The URL or handle you submitted, the category you chose, the amount paid, when it was paid, and the clicks it has since received. All of this is displayed on the site and visible to anyone. Do not list anything you would not want on a public page.

Payment details — not by us. Checkout happens on Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record. They handle your card and billing details under their own privacy policy. We receive only what we need to run the board: a payment reference, the amount, whether it succeeded, and the email you used, so we can contact you about the listing.

Footage we clip — already public. For top-three listings we work from video and audio you have already published publicly. We do not ask for private or unreleased material, and you should not send us any.

Usage — aggregate. Page views, referrers and click counts, kept at the level of “this listing got 412 clicks”, not “this person clicked”. No advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking.

Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the email and our reply so we can follow the thread.

• To run the board: display ranks, route clicks, produce and post clips for the top three.
• To take payment and keep the financial and tax records the law requires us to keep.
• To answer you when you write to us.
• To understand roughly how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To deal with abuse, fraud, infringement claims and legal obligations.

Where the law requires a basis, we rely on performing our contract with you (running your listing and taking payment), our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and honest, and our legal obligations for records and tax.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. It reaches these parties only because the service cannot run otherwise:

• Dodo Payments — payments, billing and invoicing, as merchant of record.
• Supabase — the database the board is stored in.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the site.
• Video platforms — clips are posted publicly to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and similar services, which then operate under their own terms.
• Professional advisers, and authorities where the law obliges us.

These providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where a transfer needs a safeguard, we rely on the provider’s standard contractual terms.

• Listings and their payment records stay as long as the board does — the all-time board is permanent by design, and financial records must be kept for the period tax law requires.
• Clips stay up unless you ask us to remove them.
• Aggregate usage statistics are kept indefinitely; they do not identify anyone.
• Emails are kept for as long as they are useful for support and record-keeping.

Email outclipcontact@gmail.com and we will act within 48 hours. You can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct something wrong, including a listing in the wrong category;
• take down a specific clip, for any reason, with no explanation needed;
• delete your contact details and anything not legally required to be kept;
• send you your data in a portable form.

One honest limit: a completed payment and the rank it bought are part of the public record of the board, and financial records have to be kept. We can delist a listing and remove every clip, but we cannot unwind the fact that a payment happened.

Depending where you live, you may have these rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the GDPR, or your local equivalent, including a right to complain to your data protection authority.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores one thing in your browser — whether you chose light or dark mode — and it never leaves your device or reaches us.

The service is not for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has listed something or appears in a clip, tell us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy; the date at the top moves when we do. If a change matters to people already listed, we will say so on the site.
