outclip started from one observation: creators pay editors thousands a month to cut their footage into shorts, and nobody can tell whether the money did anything. So we flipped it. Pay for a rank on a public board. Land in the top three and we do the cutting — no retainer, no contract, no revenue share.

How it works

Rank is what you pay, and nothing else moves it. No algorithm, no editorial picks, no paid placement dressed up as a ranking. The amount next to a listing is exactly what that listing paid, visible to everyone, which is the only claim this site makes that you can check yourself.

The top three ranks get clipped: 15 clips / day for #1, 8 clips / day for #2, 4 clips / day for #3, cut from footage you have already published and posted across our clipping pages. The clips page covers that in full, and the rules cover the boards.

Where the board is now

Nothing has been claimed yet. outclip is open and the board is empty, so the first listing takes #1 for the minimum — $1.

We would rather show you an empty board than invent numbers to fill it. When listings and totals appear here, they will be real payments made by real people, and you will be able to see every one of them on the board.

What we do not claim

We do not promise views, followers or sales, and we will not show you screenshots implying we have delivered them. What we commit to is narrow and checkable: hold a top-three rank and the clips for that tier get made and posted. Everything after that is the internet’s decision, not ours.

Same board, same rules, every day. Rank is what you pay — nothing else.
